Terms & Conditions for Appointment Bookings

The following information applies to all bookings made through the online system.
It is provided for transparency and to support a reliable working relationship.

Appointment Booking

By booking online, you reserve an appointment in my practice on a binding basis.
You will then receive a confirmation by e-mail.

Cancellation Policy (48 Hours)

Appointments are scheduled individually and cannot usually be reassigned at short notice.

Cancellations up to 48 hours before the appointment are free of charge.
For cancellations under 48 hours, for very short-notice changes, or in case of non-attendance, the full session fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.

This policy supports planning reliability and continuity within the therapeutic process.

Invoicing

To issue a proper invoice, I require your full name and postal address.
These data are also processed in accordance with statutory retention and documentation requirements.
Your e-mail address is used for contacting you, for sending appointment confirmations, and — if necessary or desired — for sending the invoice.

Data Protection

All data you provide during the booking process or within the therapeutic relationship are treated confidentially.

Fees and Reimbursement

Sessions in my practice are self-pay services.
Billing through statutory health insurance is not possible.
You will receive an invoice for the agreed fee.

Online-Sessions

Appointments can take place either on-site at the practice or online.
You can select the preferred format directly in the booking form.
The same conditions apply to online sessions as to on-site appointments.

Crises / Emergencies

Please note that my practice does not provide acute crisis or emergency care.
In urgent situations, please contact the medical on-call service (116 117), the emergency number (112), or a psychiatric clinic.

Consent

By submitting your booking, you confirm:

that you have read these terms and conditions,
that you agree to the 48-hour cancellation policy,
and that you consent to the processing of your data for appointment administration and invoicing.
