Psychotherapy
Sometimes you don’t know exactly what’s wrong. Sometimes you do — and still can’t move forward.
Either way is a possible starting point.
Therapy offers something that rarely exists in everyday life: a space where what has no place elsewhere can be spoken.
A person across from you who doesn’t judge, is bound by confidentiality, and and isn’t part of your life outside this room.
That’s not a small thing — and it’s the foundation for what becomes possible.
Not because I tell you what to do — but because a different perspective on the familiar can sometimes shift more than any instruction.
No one simply is the way they are. How we show up depends on what we’re meeting — from outside and within. Much of this runs automatically: familiar situations trigger familiar responses, often before we notice.
And within ourselves there are different parts that sometimes work against each other — even though each has its own legitimate interest. One part may want closeness, another distance. One part wants change, another fears exactly that.
Therapy doesn’t mean eliminating one of these parts — but understanding what each of them needs.
Sometimes the concern is the relationship itself — there is a dedicated page for couples therapy.
You know your life and your history better than anyone.
I bring a different perspective — and the willingness to stay present even at the difficult parts.
Some concerns call for a more specific framework — there are dedicated pages for those:
