Psychotherapy: Finding a Way Forward Together

Sometimes life can fall out of balance.
Exhaustion, inner restlessness, anxiety, or conflicts can become so present that it feels difficult to find a way forward on your own.
At the same time, many people seek conversation not only in acute crises, but also when they want to clarify their situation or approach changes in a more conscious way.
In my work, the focus is on understanding your personal situation within the context of your life history and current circumstances.

I work from a systemic and resource-oriented perspective. This means that difficulties are not viewed in isolation, but in connection with your life history and your current conditions. Symptoms can be understood as meaningful responses to strain – as indications that something in your life requires attention.
Attention is also given to what is already present: your abilities, experiences, and inner strengths that have developed over the course of your life – even if they may not be easily accessible at the moment.
The collaboration takes place on an equal footing. You bring your experiences and your perspective; I support the process with professional experience and a clear, protected framework.

In our conversations, this may include:

  • gaining a better understanding of underlying dynamics
  • developing new perspectives
  • expanding your range of possible actions
  • finding greater inner clarity
  • reconnecting with your own resources

Psychotherapy in this sense is not a rigid method, but a shared process that is guided by your individual situation and concerns.


Fees & Practical Information

Individual session (50 minutes): € 110

Appointments are generally available at short notice and can take place in person or online.
Fees are not covered by statutory health insurance.
