What happens to your message

Your message is transmitted encrypted to the practice's own server in Germany and forwarded from there as an email to the person you chose. No service provider, form tool or newsletter service is involved.

Whatever you write to us stays confidential. Write as much as you like — a few sentences are entirely sufficient. Anything about your health or previous treatment we discuss calmly in the conversation itself.

Purpose
Solely to answer your enquiry and, if an appointment follows, to arrange it.
Legal basis
Your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; where you provide health information, additionally Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
Recipients
Only the person in the practice you chose. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR exists solely with the host of the practice server (All-Inkl. – Neue Medien Münnich, Friedersdorf, Germany). No transfer to third countries, no disclosure to third parties.
Retention
If your enquiry does not lead to working together, your message is deleted six months after our reply. If treatment follows, the retention periods for patient records apply. No copy of the form remains on the server.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection — an email to the practice is enough. Complaints may be made to the Data Protection Commissioner of North Rhine-Westphalia. Details in our legal notice and privacy policy.
Fees and payment

With Sven Collip you pay for sessions yourself or submit the invoice to your private insurer. German statutory health insurance (gesetzliche Krankenversicherung) does not cover this work; what insurers outside Germany reimburse depends on your policy.

With Dr Dina Collip treatment is covered by German statutory health insurance; private patients are billed under the German fee schedule for psychotherapists.

Couples session, 60 minutes€150.00
