With an online booking you reserve an appointment in my practice bindingly. You then receive a confirmation by email.
Appointments are allocated individually and can usually not be filled again at short notice.
This arrangement serves reliable planning and a dependable therapeutic process.
As a rule you receive a reminder by email 48 hours before the appointment, with date and time. The deadline applies whether or not that reminder reaches you.
To issue a proper invoice I need your full name and postal address. This data is also processed as part of my statutory retention and documentation obligations. Your email address is used for contact, for confirming appointments and — if wished or necessary — for sending the invoice.
All data you provide in the course of booking or in our therapeutic work I treat as confidential. Details are set out in the privacy summary and, in binding form, in the German Datenschutzerklärung.
Sessions in my practice are paid privately. Billing through German statutory health insurance is not possible. You receive an invoice for the agreed fee.
Appointments can take place either in the practice or online. You can choose the form you want directly in the booking form. The same terms apply to online sessions as to sessions in the practice. Online sessions are offered to clients living in the EU or Switzerland. If you live elsewhere, please contact the practice before booking so that we can clarify beforehand whether and in what form sessions are possible.
This practice does not provide acute crisis or emergency care. In urgent situations please contact the medical on-call service (116 117), the emergency number (112) or a psychiatric hospital. Outside Germany, please use your local emergency services.
