Crises, transitions and challenging life situations can lead to a sense of losing one’s footing or no longer understanding oneself clearly.
In such phases, it can be helpful to take a closer look at one’s own reactions, feelings and inner processes.

Recurring patterns, inner tensions or conflicting reactions often become apparent, which can be difficult to make sense of in everyday life.
As these connections become clearer, a more helpful way of relating to them can gradually develop. The focus is not on quick change, but on a more precise understanding of what is happening internally. My work is also shaped by many years of personal practice and an in-depth engagement with inner processes.
